If the completion of your service is impacted by factors beyond our control, such as client-provided information delays or technical issues, we will work diligently to minimize the impact and keep you informed throughout the process.

Should the service scope change significantly after the agreement is made, we will discuss revised deadlines and potential additional fees with you upfront.

Communication:

We believe in clear and consistent communication throughout the service delivery process.

We will keep you updated on the progress of your service through regular email communications and, if requested, phone calls or online project management tools.

We are committed to responding to your questions and inquiries within 24 business hours.

Timelines:

Service deadlines are typically outlined in the service agreement you received after confirmation of your order. You can also find estimated timelines for each service listed on our website.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to deliver your completed service on time or ahead of schedule whenever possible.

In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will communicate the reason and a revised timeline as soon as possible.

Revisions and Feedback:

We welcome your feedback throughout the service process and are happy to make revisions as needed to ensure your satisfaction.

The number of revisions included in your service package is specified in the agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

We encourage you to provide clear and specific feedback to help us understand your needs and deliver the best possible outcome.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We are confident in the quality of our services and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a full refund, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel services, contact me at emily@socialgracesllc.com. Social media subscriptions require two weeks’ notice; all others can be cancelled within one business day. We do not charge cancellation fees and do not have a minimum commitment!
